Meet our Doctors
Celida Rangel
Dr. Rangel was born in Brownsville, Texas. Her family moved to Chandler, Arizona during grade school, and this is where she grew up. She graduated from Northern Arizona University with a chemistry degree. She attended medical school at the University of Arizona, College of Medicine and pediatric residency at Phoenix Children's Hospital and Maricopa Medical Center.
She opened her clinic, West Phoenix Pediatrics, in 2005 and since then has been committed to caring for the children of the west valley.
Dr. Rangel is married and has two children. During her off hours, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, cheering on her favorite sports teams (go Cowboys!, go ASU!), enjoying the outdoors and trying new restaurants.
Lisa Hunt
Originally from Utah, Dr. Hunt spent most of her childhood in central Phoenix. She left the valley to earn a degree in microbiology at Northern Arizona University, and then headed south to tackle medical school at the University of Arizona. Dr. Hunt completed her pediatric training at Phoenix Children's Hospital and Maricopa Medical Center.
While Dr. Hunt dedicates her local practice to children in the west Phoenix area, she spends part of each summer taking care of chronically ill children in Bolivia. She believes that each child deserves kind and compassionate medical attention regardless of where they live.
Dr. Hunt can often be found out and about in the downtown area, three chihuahuas in tow, enjoying all that the valley has to offer.
